Mark's love and disappointment with the americanized venetian plaster, led him to research the history of venetian plaster. The American faux version of venetian plaster is more of a paint product.
After discovering the origins of Italian Venetian Plaster and the refinement of this unique finish, during the renaissance period of time, Mark said "This is It".

Since 2005, after attending the School of Italian Plaster, Mark is one of the few in the Midwest to be certified and specialize in the application of Italian Venetian Plaster, and all of the dramatic Italian Finishes.
